(य इमं शृणुयान्नित्यं यश्चापि परिकीर्तयेत् स शुभानू प्राप्तुते लोकान् सदाचारव्रतान्नूप ।।
ya imaṁ śṛṇuyān nityaṁ yaś cāpi parikīrtayet | sa śubhān prāpnute lokān sadācāra-vratān nṛpa ||
ภีษมะกล่าวว่า “ข้าแต่มหาราช ผู้ใดสดับเรื่องนี้เป็นนิตย์ และผู้ใดสาธยายออกเสียง ย่อมบรรลุโลกอันเป็นมงคล ด้วยอานุภาพแห่งวรตะที่ตั้งอยู่บนความประพฤติดีงาม”
