Translation

พึงอาบน้ำโดยหันหน้าไปทางทิศเหนือ และด้วยจิตที่ตั้งมั่นพึงรักษา “เศาจะ” คือความสะอาดและความบริสุทธิ์อยู่เนืองนิตย์
