विशीला भिजन्नमर्यादा नित्यं संकीर्णमैथुना: । अल्पायुषो भवन्तीह नरा निरयगामिन:

Transliteration

viśīlā bhijannamaryādā nityaṁ saṅkīrṇa-maithunāḥ | alpāyuṣo bhavantīha narā niraya-gāminaḥ ||

Translation

ภีษมะกล่าวว่า—บุรุษผู้ไร้ศีล ละเมิดขอบเขตแห่งธรรมอยู่เนืองนิตย์ และหมกมุ่นในสัมพันธ์สืบพันธุ์อันต้องห้ามโดยข้ามพรมแดนที่ไม่ควร—ย่อมมีอายุสั้นในโลกนี้ และครั้นตายแล้วไปสู่นรก
