Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
तदावसेत् सदा प्राज्ञो भवार्थी मनुजेश्वर । मनुजेश्वर! अपनी उन्नति चाहनेवाले विद्वान् पुरुषको उचित है कि ब्राह्मणके द्वारा वास्तुपूजनपूर्वक आरम्भ कराये और अच्छे कारीगरके द्वारा बनाये हुए घरमें सदा निवास करे
tad āvaset sadā prājño bhavārthī manu-jeśvara |
ข้าแต่เจ้าแห่งมนุษย์ ผู้มีปัญญาใดใฝ่หาความรุ่งเรือง พึงให้พราหมณ์ประกอบพิธีบูชาวาสตุแล้วจึงเริ่มการก่อสร้าง และพึงพำนักเสมอในเรือนที่ช่างผู้ชำนาญสร้างไว้อย่างดี
