कुरुवंशप्रश्नः—दुःषन्तस्य राजधर्मवर्णनम्

त्रिभिववर्ष: सदोत्थायी कृष्णद्वैपायनो मुनि: । महाभारतमाख्यानं कृतवानिदमद्धुतम्,प्रतिदिन प्रातःकाल उठकर इस ग्रन्थका निर्माण करनेवाले महामुनि श्रीकृष्णद्वैपायनने महाभारत नामक इस अदभुत इतिहासको तीन वर्षोमें पूर्ण किया है
tribhir varṣaiḥ sadotthāyī kṛṣṇadvaipāyano muniḥ | mahābhāratam ākhyānaṃ kṛtavān idam adbhutam ||
