Moral disorder is not hidden from higher discernment: Brahmā acknowledges the wrongdoing (viceṣṭita) of Śeṣa’s brothers, implying that ethical deviations are knowable and answerable within the cosmic order, and that grievances should be met with dharmic guidance rather than impulsive reaction.
Śeṣa has spoken about a troubling situation involving his brothers. In response, Brahmā (Pitāmaha) addresses him directly, stating that he already knows the brothers’ improper conduct, setting the stage for counsel or corrective action.
