Shloka 8

चिन्तयाना विमोक्षं वो नाधिगच्छामि किंचन । छादयिष्यामि वो गात्रै: करिष्ये मरणं सह,मैं तुमलोगोंके छुटकारेका उपाय सोचती हूँ; किंतु कुछ भी समझमें नहीं आता। अच्छा; अपने अंगोंसे तुमलोगोंको ढक लूँगी और तुम्हारे साथ ही मैं भी मर जाऊँगी

cintayantā vimokṣaṃ vo nādhigacchāmi kiṃcana | chādayiṣyāmi vo gātraiḥ kariṣye maraṇaṃ saha ||

“I keep thinking of some way to free you, yet I can find nothing at all. Very well—then I shall cover you with my own limbs and meet death together with you.”
