अथापरे शरैरविंद्धा क्ष॒क्रवेगेरितास्तथा । वेलामिव समासाद्य व्यतिष्ठचन्नमितौजस:
athāpare śarair avinddhāḥ śakravegeritās tathā | velām iva samāsādya vyatiṣṭhacan namitaujasaḥ ||
ส่วนพวกอื่น—เหล่าไทตยะและทานวะผู้มีกำลังมหาศาล—ถูกศรทิ่มแทงและสะท้านด้วยแรงพุ่งของจักร ครั้นเข้าถึงเขตแดนก็หยุดลงดุจคลื่นสมุทรกระทบฝั่งแล้วสงบ ไม่อาจรุกคืบต่อไปได้
