Educational Q&A

A well-founded realm is marked by the presence of skilled artisans and by public beauty and wellbeing—prosperity expressed through constructive work, culture, and pleasant surroundings rather than mere conquest.

Vāyu describes the growth of the city (contextually Indraprastha): experts in many crafts arrive to settle, and the city is encircled by attractive gardens, indicating its rapid development and refinement.
