द्रौपदी-वरण-प्रत्ययः — Intelligence Reports and the Kaurava Court’s Response

अयं हि कामो द्रुपदस्य राज्ञो हृदि स्थितो नित्यमनिन्दिताड़ा: । यदर्जुनो वै पृथुदीर्घबाहु- र्धर्मेण विन्देत सुतां ममैताम्‌,सर्वांगसुन्दर शूरवीरो! राजा द्रुपदके हृदयमें नित्य निरन्तर यह कामना रही है कि मोटी एवं विशाल भुजाओंवाले अर्जुन मेरी इस पुत्रीका धर्मपूर्वक पाणि-ग्रहण करें

ayaṁ hi kāmo drupadasya rājño hṛdi sthito nityam aninditāṅgāḥ | yad arjuno vai pṛthudīrghabāhur dharmeṇa vindeta sutāṁ mamaitām ||
