एकचक्रानिवासे ब्राह्मणगृहदुःखश्रवणम् | Hearing the Brāhmaṇa Household’s Distress at Ekacakrā
कुत एव महात्मानौ माद्रीपुत्रौ करिष्यत: । तान् राज्यं पितृतः प्राप्तान् धृतराष्ट्रो न मृष्यते,'फिर महात्मा दोनों माद्रीकुमार कैसे पाप कर सकेंगे। पाण्डवोंको अपने पितासे जो राज्य प्राप्त हुआ था, धृतराष्ट्र उसे सहन नहीं कर रहे हैं
Vaiśampāyana uvāca | kuta eva mahātmānau mādrīputrau kariṣyataḥ | tān rājyaṃ pitṛtaḥ prāptān dhṛtarāṣṭro na mṛṣyate |
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า “แล้วโอรสทั้งสองของมาทรีผู้มีใจสูงจักทำบาปได้อย่างไรเล่า? แต่ธฤตราษฏระกลับทนมิได้ที่ปาณฑพเหล่านั้น—ผู้ได้ราชสมบัติโดยสิทธิจากบิดา—จะครอบครองมัน”
