ध्यानयज्ञः, संसार-विष-निरूपणम्, पाशुपतयोगः, परा-अपरा विद्या, चतुर्वस्था-विचारः (अध्यायः ८६)

पीतं रक्तं सितं विद्युत् कोटिकोटिसमप्रभम् अथवा ब्रह्मरन्ध्रस्थं चित्तं कृत्वा प्रयत्नतः

pītaṃ raktaṃ sitaṃ vidyut koṭikoṭisamaprabham athavā brahmarandhrasthaṃ cittaṃ kṛtvā prayatnataḥ

ด้วยความเพียร พึงตั้งจิตไว้ที่รัศมีภายใน—เหลือง แดง หรือขาว—สว่างดุจประกายฟ้าผ่านับโกฏินับโกฏิ หรือมิฉะนั้นพึงสถาปนาจิตไว้ ณ พรหมรันธระบนกระหม่อม
