ūrdhvataś ca karaṃ tyaktvā sabhāṃ brāhmīmanuttamām aṃbhobhir munibhistyaktaiḥ saṃdhyāyāṃ tu niśācarān
Suta Goswami (narrating to the sages of Naimisharanya)
It underscores that twilight rites (Sandhyā)—a daily discipline that supports purity and steadiness for Shiva-upāsanā—must be protected from disruptive forces; sanctified water and mantra-backed ritual action preserve the adhikāra for Linga-pūjā.
Indirectly, it reflects Shiva-tattva as Pati (the sovereign Lord) whose dharma is upheld through sacred order: when obstacles (pāśa-like disturbances) are removed, the pashu (individual soul) can perform the junction-time worship that leads toward inner clarity and liberation.
Sandhyā-vandana style twilight observance and protective prokṣaṇa (sprinkling/casting of sanctified water) to dispel niśācaras—supporting shauca (purity) and uninterrupted sādhana aligned with Pāśupata discipline.
