ครั้นทำพรหมยัญญะเสร็จแล้ว พึงอาบน้ำก่อนด้วยความบริสุทธิ์แห่งตนโดยสิ้นเชิง จากนั้นรวบรวมน้ำตีรถะอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์ตามแบบแผน แล้วผู้สำรวมตนพึงเข้าสู่ศิบิระ (เขตพิธี) โดยถูกต้องตามพิธี

Śiva-tattva is approached through śuddhi (purity) and niyama (discipline): the Pati (Lord) is worshipped when the pashu (soul) restrains itself (वशी) and prepares with sanctified means (tīrtha) and right procedure (vidhi).
A preparatory discipline combining Vedic recitation-duty (Brahma-yajña), ritual bathing (snāna), and regulated conduct (vaśitā/self-control), aligning outer puja with inner Pāśupata-style restraint.
