เมื่อจัดเตรียมด้วยหญ้าดัรภะและเครื่องทาที่กำหนดแล้ว บัณฑิตพึงปล่อยโคเพศผู้นั้น ในกาลวฤโษตสรรคะไม่ควรมีการขาดโคเพศผู้เลย ต้องจัดหาให้ได้ไม่ว่าด้วยวิธีใด
