आत्मतत्त्वात्मकं पश्चाद्देवकाख्यं ततोर्ऽचयेत् / ॐ हौं हौं शिवतत्त्वाय नमः / ॐ हीं(हीः) विद्यातत्त्वाय नमः

ครั้นบูชาอาตมาตัตตวะแล้ว จึงบูชาต่อสิ่งที่เรียกว่า ‘เทวะกะ’ คือหลักการทิพย์ (พึงสวด:) “โอม หาวํ หาวํ นมะห์ แด่ศิวตัตตวะ; โอม ฮีม (ฮีห์) นมะห์ แด่วิทยาตัตตวะ”
