ผู้ใดมีภักติไม่เอนเอียงตั้งมั่นในพระวิษณุผู้ประทานเป้าหมายทั้งปวง ผู้นั้นบูชาพระหริผู้เป็นเทพประทานสุขทั้งสิ้นตามพิธีอันถูกต้อง และย่อมเข้าถึงพระองค์।
