Snāna-Śauca Krama: Varuṇa–Āpaḥ Mantras, Aghamarṣaṇa, Sūrya-Upasthāna, and Sarva-Tarpaṇa
आपो त्वन्तुमसीति च मुञ्चन्त्ववभृतेति च / ॐ इमंमे वरुण श्रुधीहवमद्या च मृडयत्वा मवस्युराचके
āpo tvantumasīti ca muñcantvavabhṛteti ca / oṃ imaṃme varuṇa śrudhīhavamadyā ca mṛḍayatvā mavasyurācake
“อาโป ตฺวํ ตนฺตุ มสิ” และ “มุญฺจนฺตฺววภฤเถ” และอีกว่า “โอม โอ้วรุณะ โปรดสดับคำวอนนี้ของข้า วันนี้ด้วยโปรดเมตตาและประทานความคุ้มครอง เพราะข้าขอพึ่งพิงท่าน”
