ยาพอกที่ทำจากปัทยา (หรีตะกี) ผสมกับน้ำมันโอรุจกะที่คั่วแล้ว และใส่เกลือดำกับเกลือสินธ์วะ (เกลือหิน) เป็นโอสถประเสริฐสำหรับขจัดวัทธิ-โรค (อาการบวม/ไส้เลื่อนคล้ายกัน)
