तण्डुकीयोविपहरः पालङ्क्याश्च तथापरे / मूलकं दोषकृच्छामं स्विन्नं वातकफापदम्

taṇḍukīyovipaharaḥ pālaṅkyāśca tathāpare / mūlakaṃ doṣakṛcchāmaṃ svinnaṃ vātakaphāpadam

ตัณฑุกียะช่วยขจัดวิปหะ (ภาวะกีดขวางที่เป็นโทษ) และผักปาลังกยะชนิดอื่น ๆ ก็เช่นกัน. แต่มูลกะ (หัวไชเท้า) ก่อความแปรปรวนแห่งโทษะ; เมื่อปรุงสุก/นึ่งแล้วกลับเป็นเหตุให้วาตะ‑กะผะกำเริบ.
