ด้วยการบริโภคอาหารฝาด เผ็ด ขม เปรี้ยว และแห้ง ตลอดจนความกังวล การเสพกามเกินควร การออกแรงเกินประมาณ ความกลัว ความโศก และการอดนอนยามราตรี—ย่อมก่อให้เกิดความวิปริตแห่งโทษะ (โรค) ขึ้น
