prāyeṇa cordhvakārśyañca kuṇḍaiḥ kaṇḍūparaiścitam / raktairalaṃśukā pāṇipāde kuryādvipādikā

โดยมากทำให้ส่วนบนของร่างกายซูบผอม และผิวหนังมีตุ่มนูนพร้อมอาการคัน มีรอยโรคแดงและแตกเป็นร่อง จนก่อให้เกิด ‘วิปาทิกา’ ที่มือและเท้า
