ऋष्यजिह्वाकृतिप्रोक्तं ऋष्यजिह्वं बहुक्रिमि / हस्तिचर्मखरस्पर्शं चर्माख्यं कुष्ठमुच्यते

กุษฐะที่กล่าวว่ามีรูปคล้ายลิ้นของฤๅษี เรียกว่า ‘ฤษยชิหวา’ (Ṛṣyajihvā) และมีหนอนมาก ส่วนกุษฐะที่สัมผัสหยาบกร้านดุจหนังช้าง เรียกว่า ‘จรมาขยะ’ (Carmākhya)
