โรคเรื้อนที่รูปทรงแผ่กว้างบิดเบี้ยว ถูกปกคลุมด้วยขนที่เศร้าหมอง ดูคล้ายกะโหลก และมีอาการปวดแปลบมากมาย—จดจำว่าเป็นชนิด ‘วิษมะ’ (ผิดปกติ)
