โรคที่ฝังแน่นแล้วเป็นอันรักษาไม่หาย ทำได้เพียงประคับประคองด้วยการเสริมอัคนี (ไฟย่อย) และกำลังชีวิต เป็นต้น เช่นเดียวกับโรคที่เกิดจากความคู่ตรงข้ามของธาตุ และโรคที่สถิตในชั้น ‘วลา’ ที่สอง หรืออาศัยอยู่ในสโรตัส/ธาตุ ก็เป็นเช่นนั้น
