varṣatīndre vrajaḥ kopād bhagnamāne ’tivihvalaḥ gotra-līlātapatreṇa trāto bhadrānugṛhṇatā

เมื่ออินทราโกรธเพราะเกียรติถูกลบหลู่ จึงเทฝนลงบนวรชะไม่ขาดสาย ทำให้ชาววรชะเดือดร้อนยิ่ง แต่พระศรีกฤษณะผู้เปี่ยมกรุณาทรงคุ้มครองพวกเขา ด้วยการยกภูเขาโควรรธนะเป็นร่มแห่งลีลา
