Ambarīṣa’s Prayers to Sudarśana and the Deliverance of Durvāsā
यद्यस्ति दत्तमिष्टं वा स्वधर्मो वा स्वनुष्ठित: । कुलं नो विप्रदैवं चेद् द्विजो भवतु विज्वर: ॥ १० ॥
yady asti dattam iṣṭaṁ vā sva-dharmo vā svanuṣṭhitaḥ kulaṁ no vipra-daivaṁ ced dvijo bhavatu vijvaraḥ
หากตระกูลของเราได้ให้ทานแก่ผู้ควร ได้ประกอบพิธีอิษฏิและยัญญะ ได้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามธรรมของตนอย่างถูกต้อง และมีพราหมณ์เป็นดั่งเทวะประจำตระกูล—ขอด้วยผลบุญนั้น พราหมณ์ผู้นี้จงพ้นจากความแสบร้อนที่จักรสุทรรศนะเผาไหม้
