तेषां वंशं पृथग् ब्रह्मन् वंशानुचरितानि च । कीर्तयस्व महाभाग नित्यं शुश्रूषतां हि न: ॥ ४ ॥
teṣāṁ vaṁśaṁ pṛthag brahman vaṁśānucaritāni ca kīrtayasva mahā-bhāga nityaṁ śuśrūṣatāṁ hi naḥ
โอ้พราหมณ์ผู้มีบุญยิ่ง โปรดสรรเสริญเล่าให้เราฟังโดยแยกเป็นสายๆ ถึงราชวงศ์เหล่านั้นและประวัติความเป็นมาของแต่ละวงศ์เถิด เพราะพวกเราปรารถนาจะสดับเรื่องเช่นนี้จากท่านอยู่เสมอ
