prajā hi lubdhai rājanyair nirghṛṇair dasyu-dharmabhiḥ ācchinna-dāra-draviṇā yāsyanti giri-kānanam

เหล่ากษัตริย์ผู้โลภและไร้เมตตาจะประพฤติเหมือนโจร เมื่อประชาชนถูกช่วงชิงภรรยาและทรัพย์สิน ก็จะหนีไปสู่ภูเขาและป่า
