so ’py avāpta-mahā-yoga- mahimā bhārgavottamaḥ vicaraty adhunāpy addhā harāv ekāntatāṁ gataḥ

มารกัณฑेयฤๅษี ผู้ประเสริฐในวงศ์ภฤคุ ทรงเกียรติด้วยความสำเร็จแห่งมหาโยคะ แม้ในกาลปัจจุบัน ท่านยังท่องไปในโลกนี้ โดยจิตแน่วแน่ซึมซาบในภักติอันบริสุทธิ์ต่อพระศรีหริ ผู้เป็นบุคคลสูงสุด
