dināni katicid bhūman gṛhān no nivasa dvijaiḥ sametaḥ pāda-rajasā punīhīdaṁ nimeḥ kulam
This verse teaches that the dust of Lord Krishna’s feet is purifying—His presence and even the touch of His foot-dust sanctifies people, homes, and entire family lines when received with devotion.
They desired Krishna’s personal association and the company of brāhmaṇas, knowing that hosting the Lord and His saintly devotees brings spiritual purification and blessings to their kingdom and dynasty.
Invite sacredness into daily life through devotion—welcome saintly association, hear and chant about Krishna, and treat the home as a place for bhakti, seeking purification through humble service.
