हृदयात् ते परि क्लोम्नो हलीक्ष्णात् पार्श्वाभ्याम्। यक्ष्मं मतस्नाभ्यां प्लीह्नो यक्नस्ते वि वृहामसि

IAST Transliteration

hṛ́dayāt te pári klómno hālīkṣṇā́t pārśvā́bhyām | yákṣmaṃ matásnābhyāṃ plī́hno yáknas te ví vṛhāmasi

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

From thy heart, from about the kloman, from the hālīkṣṇa, from thy sides—yakṣma from the inner parts, from the spleen, from the liver, from thee we tear it utterly forth.

Translation

จากหัวใจของท่าน จากรอบ ๆ kloman (เยื่อแห่งปอด) จาก hālīkṣṇa จากสีข้างทั้งสองของท่าน—และจากส่วนใน จากม้าม จากตับ—เราฉีกถอนยักษฺมะ (yakṣma, โรค) ออกจากท่านให้สิ้นเชิง.
