హే మహాభాగ, యోగవిద్యలో ఉత్తమ జ్ఞాని! ఆ యోగాన్ని నాకు చెప్పండి. మీరు యోగశాస్త్రాల తాత్పర్యాన్ని సరిగ్గా గ్రహించారు; నిమి వంశపరంపరలో మీరు ఆ జ్ఞానానికి ఆచార్యులు.
