Sage Parāśara (teaching Maitreya)
It asserts that the entire cosmos—celestial bodies, elements, the perceiver, and the perceived—is pervaded by Vishnu, presenting a theological basis for seeing all existence under His supreme sovereignty.
He includes both the experiencer and the experienced within the scope of Vishnu’s all-pervasion, implying that subject-object duality operates within, and is sustained by, the Supreme.
Vishnu is presented not merely as a deity among others but as the Supreme Reality who permeates the cosmic order—stars, elements, and consciousness—making the universe an expression of His presence and rule.
