The Pracetases’ Ocean Tapas and Hymn to Vishnu
yasminn ārādhite sargaṃ cakārādau prajāpatiḥ tam ārādhyācyutaṃ vṛddhiḥ prajānāṃ vo bhaviṣyati
Sage Parāśara (teaching Maitreya; narrating the primacy of Vishnu as the source behind creation and prosperity)
It states that even the act of creation by Prajāpati is enabled by worship of Vishnu, placing Vishnu as the supreme cause behind Sarga.
He frames Acyuta’s worship as the condition for both cosmic generation (creation) and human flourishing—specifically the growth of one’s progeny/subjects.
Vishnu is presented as the unfailing sovereign foundation: other creator-functions operate under His supremacy, and devotion to Him yields order, increase, and well-being.
