होता॒ यक्षद्ब॒र्हिषीन्द्रं॑ निषद्व॒रं वृ॑ष॒भं नर्या॑पसम् । वसु॑भी रु॒द्रैरा॑दि॒त्यैः सु॒युग्भि॑र्ब॒र्हिरास॑द॒द्वेत्वाज्य॑स्य॒ होत॒र्यज॑

Transliteration

hótā yakṣad barhíṣéndraṁ niṣádvaraṁ vṛ́ṣabhaṁ naryā́pasam | vásubhī rudráir ādityáiḥ suyúgbhir barhír āsadat vétv ā́jyasya hótar yája

Translation

హోతా బర్హిసుతో ఇంద్రుని యజించుగాక—నిషద్వరుడు (కూర్చోవటంలో శ్రేష్ఠుడు), వృషభుడు, నర్యాపస్ (మనుష్యుల హితకార్యకర్త) అయిన ఇంద్రుని. వసువులు, రుద్రులు, ఆదిత్యులు—సుయుగ్భులు—తో కలిసి బర్హిసుపై ఆసీనుడగుగాక; ఆజ్య-ఆహుతికి వచ్చుగాక. హే హోతా, యజ!
