FAQs

It teaches that Shiva-worship is not only invocation but also a reverent completion—ending the rite with prescribed recitations and a formal visarjana, honoring Śiva as Pati who is approached through disciplined devotion.

In Saguna worship of Śambhu in the Liṅga, the devotee ritually invites the Lord’s presence and then concludes properly; visarjana safeguards the sanctity and completeness of the pūjā while affirming Shiva’s transcendence beyond the ritual form.

Perform pañcāṅga-pāṭha (fivefold auxiliary recitation) and then conclude the worship with the “devāgāt…” mantra as a formal visarjana of Lord Śambhu.
