Praṇava-Māhātmya and the Twofold Mantra (Sūkṣma–Sthūla) in Śaiva Sādhanā

पूजायुक्तश्च मितभुग्बाह्येंद्रि यजयान्वितः । परद्रो हादिरहितस्तपोयोगीति कथ्यते

pūjāyuktaśca mitabhugbāhyeṃdri yajayānvitaḥ | paradro hādirahitastapoyogīti kathyate

పూజలో స్థిరుడై, మితాహారిగా, బాహ్యేంద్రియాలను జయించి, పరద్రోహం తదితర హింసలేని వాడే ‘తపో-యోగి’ అని చెప్పబడును।
