द्र व्यश्रद्धानुसारेण तथा लोकानुसारतः । तारतम्यक्रमाद्देवस्त्वारोग्यादीन्प्रयच्छति
dra vyaśraddhānusāreṇa tathā lokānusārataḥ | tāratamyakramāddevastvārogyādīnprayacchati
శ్రద్ధ యొక్క ప్రమాణానుసారంగా, అలాగే లోకస్థితి అనుసారంగా, దేవుడు ఆరోగ్యాది ఫలితాలను తారతమ్యక్రమంగా ప్రసాదిస్తాడు.

It teaches that Śiva’s anugraha (grace) manifests in proportion to śraddhā and preparedness; the fruits appear in a graded way, aligning inner devotion with outward results.
In Linga (saguṇa) worship, the devotee approaches Śiva through a tangible form; this verse explains why devotees experience different outcomes—Śiva responds to the depth of faith and the devotee’s circumstance.
Strengthen śraddhā through steady japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) and regular Linga-pūjā; consistent practice is implied as the cause of higher, more refined fruits.
