It teaches that loving, orderly preparation (kalpanā) and reverent installation (saṃsthāpanā) of the Divine Mother is a valid bhakti-path: the devotee externalizes inner devotion by creating beauty and then offering the seat of honor to Śivā.
This is explicitly saguna-upāsanā: the Goddess is worshiped through a visible, installed presence. In Shaiva tradition, such worship complements Linga devotion—Śiva and Śivā are honored as inseparable, and ritual installation trains the mind toward steady contemplation of the Divine.
A practical takeaway is to prepare a sanctified seat/vehicle with purity and beauty, then perform saṃsthāpanā (installation) with mantra and offerings; mentally, one should ‘enthrone’ the Goddess in the heart with focused devotion and steadiness.
