Arjuna’s Mantra-Empowerment and the Pāṇḍavas’ Separation (Śiva-rūpa through Mantra)
तस्मादिदमसत्यं च त्वन्तु सत्यं समाचर । येनैव तुष्यते शम्भुस्तथा कार्यं नरेण च
tasmādidamasatyaṃ ca tvantu satyaṃ samācara | yenaiva tuṣyate śambhustathā kāryaṃ nareṇa ca
Suta Goswami (narrative voice conveying the teaching of the Shatarudra Saṃhitā)

It teaches that spiritual life is measured by alignment with satya (true, dharmic conduct) and by actions that genuinely please Lord Śiva—i.e., actions rooted in purity, devotion, and right intention that open one to Śiva’s grace.
Linga worship is not merely external; it is validated by truthful living and Shiva-pleasing conduct. In Saguna devotion, the devotee offers worship along with ethical discipline, making one’s life itself an offering to Śambhu.
The takeaway is to adopt Shiva-pleasing sādhana: daily japa of the Pañcākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) with truthful conduct, and supportive observances such as Tripuṇḍra (bhasma) and Rudrākṣa worn with devotion and restraint.
