ईश्वर उवाच । दक्षिणे मंडलस्याथ वैयाघ्रं चर्मशोभनम् । आस्तीर्य्य शुद्धतोयेन प्रोक्षयेदस्त्रमंत्रतः

īśvara uvāca | dakṣiṇe maṃḍalasyātha vaiyāghraṃ carmaśobhanam | āstīryya śuddhatoyena prokṣayedastramaṃtrataḥ

ఈశ్వరుడు పలికెను—తదుపరి మণ্ডలమున దక్షిణ భాగమందు శోభనమైన వ్యాఘ్రచర్మాన్ని పరచి, అస్త్రమంత్రం జపిస్తూ శుద్ధజలంతో ప్రోక్షణ చేయవలెను.
