Agni as the powerful guide of the sacrifice who grants safe passage to wealth, strength, and divine order (ṛta)
यद्वाहिष्ठं तदग्नये बृहदर्च विभावसो महिषीव त्वद्रयिस्त्वद्वाजा उदीरते
yadvāhiṣṭhaṃ tadagnaye bṛhadarca vibhāvaso mahiṣīva tvadrayistvadvājā udīrate

ఓ విభావసో, దీప్తిమంతుడైన అగ్నీ! ఆయనకై బృహద్ ఋచా—మహా స్తుతి—పాడు; ఎందుకంటే అత్యంత ఇష్టమైనది అంతా అగ్నికే. మహిషీ వలె మహాదాతా! నీ నుండే రయి (ధనం) మరియు వాజ (బలదాయక బహుమతులు) ఉద్భవిస్తాయి.
