Sukta 10.42
अस्तेव सु प्रतरं लायमस्यन्भूषन्निव प्र भरा स्तोममस्मै । वाचा विप्रास्तरत वाचमर्यो नि रामय जरितः सोम इन्द्रम् ॥
ástāiva sú prá-taraṃ lāyám asyan bhū́ṣann iva prá bharā stómam asmai | vācā́ víprās tarata vā́cam aryó ní rāmaya jaritaḥ sóme índram ||
ఉత్తమ విసురుకు పాశాన్ని విసిరేవాడిలా, మరింత బలమైన లాభాన్ని ముందుకు విసరండి; అలంకరించునట్లు, అతనికై స్తోమాన్ని వెలికి తీయండి. హే విప్రులారా, వాక్చేత వాక్కును దాటండి; హే ఆర్యా, జరితను ఆనందింపజేయండి—సోమంలో (మన అంతరంలో) ఇంద్రునికి విశ్రాంతి, హర్షం కలిగించండి.
