Indra’s Chariot Offered to Rāma; The Duel Intensifies
अस्त्रेप्रतिहतेक्रुद्धोरावणोराक्षसाधिपः ।अभ्यवर्षत्तदारामंघोराभिःशरवृष्टिभिः ।।।।
astre pratihate kruddho rāvaṇo rākṣasādhipaḥ |
abhyavarṣat tadā rāmaṃ ghorābhiḥ śaravṛṣṭibhiḥ ||
తన అస్త్రాలు ప్రతిహతమైందని రాక్షసాధిపతి రావణుడు క్రోధంతో రగిలిపోయి, ఆపై ఘోరమైన శరవృష్టులతో రామునిపై వర్షించాడు।
