त्रातुमर्हसि नस्सर्वान्सुग्रीवभयकर्शितान्।।4.53.4।।महच्चकार्यमस्माभिः कर्तव्यं धर्मचारिणि।तच्चापि न कृतं कार्यमस्माभिरिह वासिभिः।।4.53.5।।

Transliteration

trātum arhasi naḥ sarvān sugrīvabhayakarśitān || 4.53.4 ||

mahac ca kāryam asmābhiḥ kartavyaṃ dharmacāriṇi |

tac cāpi na kṛtaṃ kāryam asmābhir iha vāsibhiḥ || 4.53.5 ||

Translation

ధర్మచారిణీ దేవీ! సుగ్రీవభయంతో క్షోభితులమైన మమ్మల్ని అందరినీ రక్షించుము. మాకు చేయవలసిన మహత్తర కర్తవ్యం ఇంకా మిగిలి ఉంది; కానీ ఇక్కడ నివసిస్తూ కూడా ఆ కార్యం మావల్ల నెరవేరలేదు.
