अङ्गदस्तु कुमारोऽयं वनान्तमुपनिर्गतः।प्रवृत्तिस्तेन कथिता चारै राप्तैर्निवेदिता।।

Transliteration

aṅgadas tu kumāro 'yaṃ vanāntam upanirgataḥ | pravṛttis tena kathitā cārair āptair niveditā ||

Translation

ఈ కుమారుడు అంగదుడు అరణ్యాంతరానికి వెళ్లాడు. అక్కడ అతడికి లభించిన సమాచారాన్ని విశ్వసనీయ గూఢచారులు నివేదించారు; ఆ వృత్తాంతాన్ని అతడు నాకు చెప్పాడు॥
