त्वमेव राजा मानार्हस्सदा चाहं यथा पुरम्4.10.7।।राजभावनियोगोऽयं मम त्वद्विरहात्कृतः।सामात्यपौरनगरं स्थितं निहतकण्टकम्4.10.8।।

Transliteration

tvam eva rājā mānārhaḥ sadā cāhaṃ yathā puram (4.10.7) || rājabhāvaniyogo 'yaṃ mama tvadvirahāt kṛtaḥ | sāmātyapauranagaraṃ sthitaṃ nihatakaṇṭakam (4.10.8) ||

Translation

మీరు మాత్రమే సదా గౌరవార్హుడైన రాజు; నేను పూర్వంలాగానే మీ సోదరుడను. మీ అనుపస్థితిలో రాజధర్మ నిర్వహణను నేను కేవలం తాత్కాలిక కర్తవ్యంగా చేపట్టాను, మంత్రులు పౌరులతో కూడిన రాజ్యం-నగరం సురక్షితంగా, స్థిరంగా, కంటకరహితంగా ఉండుటకై.
