स्वर्गं गच्छंति ते मर्त्या ये पिबंति जलं शुभम् । गंगायमुनयोर्मध्ये यत्फलं यांति मानवाः

svargaṃ gacchaṃti te martyā ye pibaṃti jalaṃ śubham | gaṃgāyamunayormadhye yatphalaṃ yāṃti mānavāḥ

ఈ శుభజలాన్ని పానము చేసే మానవులు స్వర్గానికి చేరుతారు; గంగా‑యమునల మధ్య ప్రాంతంలో లభించే పుణ్యఫలమే మనుష్యులకు ఇక్కడ కూడా లభిస్తుంది।
