The Merit of Water-Works

व्यास उवाच । यस्य खाते वने गावस्तृप्यंति मासमेव च । यद्वा सप्तदिनात्पूतः सर्वदेवैः स पूजितः

vyāsa uvāca | yasya khāte vane gāvastṛpyaṃti māsameva ca | yadvā saptadinātpūtaḥ sarvadevaiḥ sa pūjitaḥ

వ్యాసుడు పలికెను—ఎవరి తవ్విన గుంటవలన అడవిలో గోవులు ఒక నెలపాటు తృప్తి పొందుతాయో, లేదా ఏడు దినాలలోనే పవిత్రుడగునో—అతడు సమస్త దేవతలచే పూజింపబడి గౌరవింపబడును।
